Please note: We believe we have resolved this issue, however, it is still within the realm of possibility that CD labels can come unstuck from discs. If in doubt, don't use CDs in tray- or slide-loading devices such as laptop disc drives or car stereos without first removing the label. Neither Cemetery Corner nor Noctula accepts any liability for damages caused if you choose to ignore this warning.
Ordering Information
We have discovered that the best way to ensure the quality of our CDs is to make them ourselves. All Noctula CDs are burned onto high-quality audio CD-Rs (which play in any CD player). They are packed in standard jewel cases with full colour CD artwork, tray liners and booklet. We aim to ship each order within a few days of receiving payment, however, stock may run low. In this case, customers will be notified (prior to requesting payment) that there may be a delay.
Please note that all prices are in pounds sterling (£ or GBP; UK currency).

For everyone's safety, we only accept payment via PayPal. PayPal is a highly-secure internet payment option that accepts all major credit/debit cards. It also allows you to pay in the correct currency, no matter what your local currency is.
To submit an order, please complete the following steps.
1) Select your items from the catalogue of CDs below. Please note that only items from this list can be ordered using this method.
2) Email orders@cemeterycorner.com with the following information:
a) The names, item codes and quantities of CDs you wish to order.
b) The name and address to which the order should be shipped.
c) Instructions to send via recorded delivery (signed for upon receipt), if desired. Note that this is more expensive, especially internationally.
3) We will send you a PayPal invoice.
Follow the instructions to make a quick, easy and safe payment.
If the invoice is incorrect, please contact us and we can amend it.
4) Once payment has been received, we will manufacture and ship your order.

Shipping and Handling
We are happy to ship orders worldwide.
The following costs apply to cover postage, packing and PayPal fees for most orders.
If the postage cost for your order is different, we will notify you when requesting payment.

£1 + 50p per item
UK Delivery (Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery)

European Delivery (Royal Mail Airmail)

Shipping Times
UK customers can expect to receive their orders within a week of sending payment.
Overseas customers should allow for between one and two weeks, depending on location.
Loss or Damage During Transit
Please note that neither Cemetery Corner nor Noctula will be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit. If you are worried about the reliability of the postal service, please request recorded delivery when you send your order email to us. We will confirm the postage cost for recorded international delivery before invoicing. Packages sent by recorded delivery will need to be signed for upon receipt.
